You can permanently delete your Jaifry account directly from the Jaifry application.
How to Delete Your Account
- 1 Open the Jaifry application.
- 2 Log in using your account credentials.
- 3 After logging in, look at the top-right corner of the AppBar.
- 4 Tap the Delete Account button.
- 5 A confirmation message will appear. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
- 6 Your account deletion request will then be processed.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account:
- Your Jaifry authentication account is deleted.
- Locally stored health and blood glucose measurement data is deleted from the application.
- Locally stored account and session information is removed from the device.
Data That May Be Retained
Health and blood glucose measurement data is stored locally on your device and is not intentionally stored or shared on our servers.
Authentication information is processed through Supabase Authentication and may be subject to Supabase’s applicable data retention practices.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account has been deleted, you will need to create a new account if you want to use Jaifry again.
